Refers to the style of marble, folded-arm type figures produced in the Cycladic archipelago during the Early Cycladic period. Considered a departure from the traditional forms and proportions, the figures, which include representations of hunters or warriors, are characterized by wide shoulders, squat torsos, and arms that fold right over left.
