Descripción
Threads or strands applied to an object as decoration, used especially with reference to glass threads used principally to decorate the necks, stems, and rims of drinking glasses and other objects. Threading is distinguished from "trailings" in that threading creates an independent, partially free-standing, decoration attached to the vessel, whereas trailings are simple lines of decoration on the surface of the glass.
