Descripción

Transferring technique by which texture patterns, in particular dots, are imprinted on paper, metal or glass, via a celluloid sheet. Invented by New Jersey printer Benjamin Day in 1879. The process is frequently associated with the work of Pop artist Roy Lichtenstein.
