Descripción

The process of securing a nail, bolt, or other rod-like piece that has been driven through a substance by beating back the point or end of the nail or bolt with a hammer or other tool so that the end is turned over and driven back into the substance through which it has passed. Also, the process in which the end of a bolt is beaten down and flattened upon a metal ring or washer put around it for the purpose.
